Muslims who want to live under Islamic Sharia law were told on Wednesday to get out of Australia , as the government targeted radicals in a bid to head off potential terror attacks..

Rudd angered some Australian Muslims on Wednesday by saying he supported spy agencies monitoring the nation's mosques. Quote:

Bad News From Up North

Look at the picture above and you can see where this driver
broke through the guardrail, on the right side of the culvert,
where the people are standing on the road, pointing.

The pick-up was traveling about 75 mph from right to left
when it crashed through the guardrail.

It flipped end-over-end bounced off and across the culvert outlet,
and landed right side up on the left side of the culvert,
facing the opposite direction from which the driver was traveling.

The 22-year-old driver and his 18-year-old passenger
were unhurt except for minor cuts and bruises.

Just outside Flagstaff , AZ , on U.S. Hwy 100.

The Downfall Begins - Obama vs The Supreme Court




Obama May Be In Deep Trouble... Chief Justice John Roberts, U.S. Supreme Court.
According to sources who watch the inner workings of the federal government, 
a smackdown of Barack Obama by the U.S. Supreme Court may be inevitable.

Ever since Obama assumed the office of President, critics have hammered him on a number of Constitutional issues.
Critics have complained that much, if not all of Obama's major initiatives run headlong 
into Constitutional roadblocks on the power of the federal government.

Obama certainly did not help himself in the eyes of the Court when he used the venue 
of the State of the Union address early in the year to publicly flog the Court over its ruling
the First Amendment grants the right to various organizations to run political ads 
during the time of an election.

The tongue-lashing clearly did not sit well with the Court, as demonstrated by Justice Alito, 
who publicly shook his head and stated under his breath, '
That's not true, 'when Obama told a flat-out lie concerning the Court's ruling.

As it has turned out, this was a watershed moment in the relationship between the executive 
and the judicial branches of the federal government. Obama publicly declared war on the court, 
even as he blatantly continued to propose legislation that flies in the face of every known 
Constitutional principle upon which this nation has stood for over 200 years.

Obama has even identified Chief Justice John Roberts as his number one enemy, any Conservative
MEDIA.

And it is no accident that the one swing-vote on the court, Justice Anthony Kennedy, 
stated recently that he has no intention of retiring until 'Obama is gone.'

Apparently, the Court has had enough. The Roberts Court has signaled, in a very subtle manner, 
it intends to address the issues about which Obama critics have been screaming to high heaven.

A ruling against Obama on any one of these issues could potentially cripple the Administration. 
Such a thing would be long overdue. First, there is ObamaCare, 
which violates the Constitutional principle barring the federal government from forcing 
citizens to purchase something. And no, this is not the same thing 
as states requiring drivers to purchase car insurance, as some of the intellectually-impaired claim.

The Constitution limits FEDERAL government, not state governments, from such things, 
and further, not everyone has to drive, and thus, a citizen could opt not to purchase car insurance
by simply deciding not to drive a vehicle.

In the ObamaCare world, however, no citizen can 'opt out.' Roberts court has quietly accepted information concerning discrepancies in Obama's history raise questions of his eligibility
for the office of President. The charge goes far beyond the birth certificate issue. 
This information involves possible fraudulent use of a Social Security number in CT, 
while Obama was a high school student in Hawaii.

And that is only the tip of the iceberg. Third, several cases involving possible criminal activity, 
conflicts of interest, and pay-for-play cronyism could potentially land many Administration officials, 
if not Obama himself. Nothing comes close to comparing with the rampant corruption 
of this Administration, not even during the Nixon years.

Nixon and the Watergate conspirators look like choirboys compared to this Administration. 
Court will eventually be forced to rule on the dreadful decision of the Obama DOJ 
suing the state of Arizona. Obama doctrine of open borders to an early grave, 
given that the Administration refuses to enforce federal law on illegal aliens.

And finally, entire house of cards tumbling in a free-fall is Obama-Holder Department of Justice 
and its refusal to pursue the Panther Party.
The group was caught on tape committing felonies by attempting to intimidate 
Caucasian voters into staying away from the polls.

A whistle-blower who resigned from the DOJ is now charging Holder with the deliberate refusal 
to pursue cases against ethnics, particularly those who are involved in radical h a t e-groups, 
who have been caught on tape calling for the murder of people their babies. 
Could send the entire Administration crumbling--, if the Justices have the guts to draw a line 
in the sand at the Constitution and the Bill of Rights.

A Somber Reminder Of ObamaNation On Election Day

As much as the Democrats & the media would like you think this mid-term election is not a referendum on our 44th President, I assure you, it is!


 

HERE IS THE OBAMA RESPONSE WHEN HE BACKED OFF FROM HIS DECISION TO REQUIRE THE MILITARY PAY FOR THEIR WAR INJURIES.
 
 
Bad press, including major mockery of the plan by comedian Jon Stewart, led to President Obama abandoning his proposal to require veterans carry private health insurance to cover the estimated $540 million annual cost to the federal government of treatment for injuries to military personnel received during their tours on active duty. The President admitted that he was puzzled by the magnitude of the opposition to his proposal.
 




"Look, it's an all volunteer force," Obama complained. "Nobody made these guys go to war. They had to have known and accepted the risks. Now they whine about bearing the costs of their choice? It doesn't compute.." "I thought these were people who were proud to sacrifice for their country." Obama continued "I wasn't asking for blood, just money. With the country facing the worst financial crisis in its history, I'd have thought that the patriotic thing to do would be to try to help reduce the nation's deficit..
I guess I underestimated the selfishness of some of my fellow Americans." 

Please pass this on to every one including every vet and their families whom you know. How in the world did a person with this mindset become our leader?

The discussions, some of which have taken place in Kabul, are
unfolding between the inner circle of President Hamid Karzai
and members of the Quetta shura, the leadership group that

Haqqani network, considered to be one of the most hard-line
guerrilla factions fighting here; and members of the Peshawar
shura, whose fighters are based in eastern Afghanistan.

I have told you this before and I will tell you this again. Unless you elect Pat Toomey, Marco Rubio, Ken Buck, Ron Johnson, Rand Paul, Mike Lee, Sharron Angle, and Joe Miller, we will never see Obamacare repealed.
Senator Judd Gregg is up today saying that repeal is not recommended.
Sen. Judd Gregg (N.H.), the top Republican on the Senate Budget Committee, said that repealing the new healthcare reform law — or looking to defund it — were not good options.
“I don’t think starving or repealing is probably the best approach here,” Gregg said on the Fox Business Network. “You basically go in and restructure it.”
Here’s the thing — Senate leadership staff will say this is just Judd Gregg, who is retiring, and not reflective of the Senate GOP leadership. There is a problem though.
In the past several weeks, there have been several closed door, off the record meetings of high dollar donors getting briefings from various elected officials, including several Senators. In each case the donors have been “reassured” by the Senators present that they have no intention of repealing Obamacare, just restructuring it.
The Senators seemed to think the high dollar donors were not kooks like those tea party activists and would understand the practical need to just “restructure” instead of “repeal.” Unfortunately, the Senators have badly misread the donors.
In any event, you can be sure that Judd Gregg is not speaking out of turn and is not a lone wolf on this issue. His view reflects that of the Senate GOP leadership despite their protestations to the contrary.
Again, if you haven’t sent money to Joe MillerSharron AngleKen BuckPat ToomeyRand PaulRon JohnsonMike Lee, and Marco Rubio, you better. Repeal of Obamacare depends on them.
UPDATED: It is worth noting that neither Mitch McConnell nor Lamar Alexander have signed on as co-sponsors to Jim DeMint’s legislation that would repeal Obamacare.

Delaware Madness

Feeling sorely underfunded, Christine O’Donnell has warned the GOP she has a secret weapon: She says she’s “got Sean Hannity in my back pocket, and I can go on his show and raise money by attacking you guys,” top Republicans tell Howard Fineman of the Huffington Post. She’s already making good on that promise, having appeared on Hannity’s radio show yesterday with harsh words for party leaders.
She slammed the National Republican Senatorial Committee for not putting cash into her race beyond the standard $43,000. Hannity took up her cause, calling out GOP bosses for a lack of endorsements and funding. But some party insiders question what Fineman dubs a “woe-is-me campaign strategy.” Asks one: “Why would you tell the world that no one in the party likes you?” Fineman sees it as a winning, if not admirable, strategy. If O'Donnell "can raise enough money by attacking the Bigs with Hannity's help, perhaps she can close the gap in the polls—and then the DC folks will fork over."

First lady Michelle Obama appears to have violated Illinois law -- when she engaged in political discussion at a polling place!

The drama began after Mrs. Obama stopped off at the Martin Luther King Center on the south side of Chicago to cast an early vote.

After finishing at the machine, Obama went back to the desk and handed in her voting key.

She let voters including electrician Dennis Campbell, 56, take some photos.

"She was telling me how important it was to vote to keep her husband's agenda going," Campbell said.

According to a pool reporter from the CHICAGO SUN-TIMES at the scene, the conversation took place INSIDE the voting center, not far from the booths.

Illinois state law -- Sec. 17-29 (a) -- states: "No judge of election, pollwatcher, or other person shall, at any primary or election, do any electioneering or soliciting of votes or engage in any political discussion within any polling place [or] within 100 feet of any polling place."

A top Ilinois State Board of Elections official tells the DRUDGE REPORT that Mrs. Obama -- a Harvard-educated lawyer -- may have simply been ignorant of the law and thus violated it unintentionally.

"You kind of have to drop the standard for the first lady, right?" the official explained late Thursday. "I mean, she's pretty well liked and probably doesn't know what she's doing."

WHITE HOUSE DEFENDS ELECTIONEERING

When questioned about the brazen nature of Mrs. Obama's campaigning, press secretary Robert Gibbs defended the action.

"I don't think it would be much to imagine, the First Lady might support her husband's agenda," Gibbs smiled.

Chris Matthews Brilliance On Display

Matthews: Chilean Miners Would Be Dead if They Followed Tea Party's 'Every Man for Himself' Philosophy

Leave it to Chris Matthews to shoe-horn in a crass political point against the Tea Party, even in the midst of a heartwarming story like the rescue of the Chilean miners. On Wednesday's Hardball, the MSNBC host, along with his guest Richard Trumka, president of the AFL/CIO, claimed those miners would never have survived if they had followed the "every man for himself" philosophy of the Tea Party crowd.

After Trumka initially recounted his joy at watching the miners being rescued, he quickly veered into his standard rhetoric of the need for more regulation. Matthews then picked up on Trumka's cue to launch into an attack on the Tea Party, as he distorted their limited government view as one of total anarchy that would mean "no more government, no more everything," as seen in the following exchange:

CHRIS MATTHEWS: Okay let's talk about what the...message to a lot of the people was. The message coming out of the Tea Party people, and lot of them are good people, is every man for himself, basically. "No more taxes, no more government, no more everything. No more safety net. No more health care for everybody. Everybody just get out there, make your buck, save it, screw the government, move on." Right?

RICHARD TRUMKA: Yeah.

MATTHEWS: You know these people, if they were every man for himself down in that mine they wouldn't have gotten out.

TRUMKA: That's exactly right.

MATTHEWS: They would have been killing each other after about two days. This is a story of how people can work together, the people who were down there for two months. The people who were above ground from all over the world, using state of the art equipment not to get rid of the need for manpower but to save manpower in this case.

TRUMKA: You know this is just another example of how radical the Republican Party is becoming, do away with the minimum wage. You just talked about that. Bad policy, it will wreck the economy. If you didn't have government regulation, you wouldn't have clean water, you wouldn't have cars that were safe, you wouldn't have electricity that you could afford, I mean, just a number of things where you need a good, efficient government and they just throw all that aside. 

The following is a more complete transcript of the exchange that was aired on the October 13 edition of Hardball:

CHRIS MATTHEWS: Joining me right now is an old pal of the show, the AFL/CIO president Richard Trumka. I want to get to, because this guy worked down in a mine, about half mile down. You know what it was like. By the way you let's start with that because it's very human interest. We haven't talked about it tonight, but it is thrilling to watch those guys. You were there at the Chilean embassy.

RICHARD TRUMKA: I was, when they were bringing out the first miners out and I can tell ya, they were like our brothers. And it was almost like I hit the lottery. There was this feeling of elation because the Earth doesn't normally give up a live body after that, being trapped underground that long. This one, when the first miner came out it was like, it was just like my brother or my uncle or my dad or anybody coming out. It was just such a win for us.

But, but it brings up two other issues I think you have to look at it, Chris. One we're very, very elated that these miners are safe. Second of all we have to thank the rescue workers that got them there and third, it's the lack of health and safety in the mines of the world, doesn't know boundaries, because you have to have good laws that are - and you have to have the people with the will to enforce them and the resources to get it done and we don't have that in the mining industry.

MATTHEWS: I got another elation out of it. I've never been a miner like you, we were just talking about claustrophobia off - which I think I would probably have down there, because you said some guys are susceptible to it. You are third generation of working down in the deep mines.

TRUMKA: Correct.

MATTHEWS: Okay let's talk about what the, the, the sort of the, the message to a lot of the people was. And, and you open up the can, you want to know that somebody besides the guy making buck off of it, made sure it was clean, it wasn't ptomaine in there.

TRUMKA: Absolutely.

MATTHEWS: When you get up in an airplane I want to know there's some kind of an FAA that's looking at regulation or safety. I want to know there's somebody besides making the buck. Doesn't everybody have that, when it comes to them? They believe in government?

TRUMKA: See I think what they try to sell is every person should do that for themselves. And no one, no worker has the wherewithal to do that. If you are rich, you might be able to taste, buy somebody or have somebody taste your food for you, but they can't afford, I couldn't afford to make sure my planes are safe, that I'm properly regulated, my drinking water is safe, that the food is safe that we do. That the automobiles that we drive have been improved year after year to protect health and safety.

Former Constitutional Law Lecturer and US President Makes Up Constitutional Quotes During 'State Of The Union ' Address.

Consider this:

1. President Barack Obama, former editor of the Harvard Law Review, is no longer a "lawyer". He surrendered his license back in 2008 in order to escape charges he lied on his bar application.

A "Voluntary Surrender" is not something where you decide "Gee, a license is not really something I need anymore, is it?" and forget to renew your license. No, a "Voluntary Surrender" is something you do when you've been accused of something, and you 'voluntarily surrender" your license five seconds before the state suspends you.

2. Michelle Obama "voluntarily surrendered" her law license in 1993.

3. So, we have the first black President and First Lady - who don't actually have licenses to practice law. Facts.



4. A senior lecturer is one thing.  A fully ranked law professor is another. Barack Obama was NOT a Constitutional Law professor at the University of Chicago .

5. The University of Chicago released a statement in March, 2008 saying Sen. Barack Obama (D-Ill.) "served as a professor" in the law school-but that is a title Obama, who taught courses there part-time, never held, a spokesman for the school confirmed in 2008.

6. "He did not hold the title of professor of law," said Marsha Ferziger Nagorsky, an Assistant Dean for Communications and Lecturer in Law at the University of Chicago School of Law.



7. The former Constitutional senior lecturer cited the US Constitution the other night during his State of the Union Address. Unfortunately, the quote he cited was from the Declaration of Independence . not the Constitution.

We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty and the pursuit of Happiness.

11. And this is the same guy who lectured the Supreme Court moments later in the same speech???

When you are a phony it's hard to keep facts straight.  The only ones that haven't seen through this clown and the band of idiots that surrounds him are those that are fleecing this Country for all it's worth.  I hope and pray that common sense will prevail in the next election or this great Nation is finished!
